CU measurements on directed graphs

CU values were measured on clustering results generated using another clustering package Proclust. The edge weights are normalized similarity with respect to the self similarity score. Because self similarity of two sequences are different and hence the normalizing factor, edges are directed. While edge construction method differs from that used by BAG, CU linearity still holds.
