COMPAM is a free
visualization tool that allows viewing combined pairwise alignment for multiple
genomes. COMPAM is written in Java
and preprocessing program in Perl, and is available for UNIX, GNU/Linux, BSD
and MS Windows systems.

COMPAM is free software . The program and the source
code are distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License. It
should run on any system with a recent version of Java.
COMPAM needs a recent version of Java and Perl.
