This was very well organized.  The subject was broken down in a logical manner.  I liked the Ortholog and Homolog exposition.

5. I thought they had a very interesting presentation with a lot of
examples and references to the site.  It was nice to hear some of the
important biological aspects behind the site.
6. I thought the presentation was not as structured as some of the
others.  The presenters seemed to overlap an repeat some material a
little to much instead of building on each other.  Also there was
seemed to be a little confusion in the class on some of the topics
being discussed, but that is probably do to the classes lack of
genomic knowledge.
