     I thought they showed a good command of the material for such an extensive topic.  I liked the exercises in the end.  This was very creative

     describe:  Perhaps a solid example of using the toolkit in some of the homework exercises we did during the semester.

5. I thought there was a lot of material to cover and they did a good
job presenting it.  I also liked the implementation of some of the
tools by the class.  It was nice to see the presenters taking
advantage of the comoputers instead of just lecturing.
6. I was confused on a lot of the implementations they used and what
the tool kit was producing as results.  I also had a hard time hearing
what was said by some of the presenters.

	What we liked most: The exercises with the tools were a good idea. Their tip about trying things hands on and then going through the tutorials seems like it would be useful.
     	What is missing, in our opinion: They could have provided a better explanation or examples for where we might use the NCBI toolkit, and the ASN1 format.

		Time Management.  No one else was able to exceed an hour, then went over 1.5 hours!!
